The wines are grown, vinified, and bottled entirely onsite with minimal intervention, letting the pristine fruit do the talking.

This month we’re featuring not one but TWO fantastic flights:

We have the lo-fi ‘Supernatural’ flight of wild ferment, unfined and unfiltered wines that are perfect for laid back summer sipping – think pet nat, skin contact blends, and a bright, juicy Pinot Noir.

Then for those who love the wines Tassie is famous for, we have the Premium flight of elegant, cool climate classics – Sparkling, Riesling, Chardonnay, and a stunning single vineyard Pinot.

Owner and head winemaker Justin Arnold describes Pinot Noir as the ‘heartbeat’ of the winery, making up almost half of their plantings, so it’s no surprise that Pinot is included in half the wines we’re featuring as the Sydney outpost of the Ghost Rock cellar door.
